THE CANCER PATIENT SUPPORT FUND

The Cancer Patient Support Fund provides financial assistance to patients in active treatment at St. John’s Health who need support with medical bills, travel expenses to and from medical treatments, rent/mortgage, lodging while undergoing treatment, and other discretionary support associated with treatment.

The Cancer Survivorship Program

 The Cancer Survivorship Program offers a wide range of services to support St. John’s Health Oncology Department cancer survivors and their caregivers through the challenges that can result from cancer and its treatments. From diagnosis through treatment and recovery, our highly skilled team of physical, mental, spiritual, and psychosocial health care providers are here to support you and your loved ones through your cancer journey.

The services include acupuncture, massage therapy, healing touch, physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, pilates, yoga, mental health counseling, wellness coaching, nutrition services, and wigs. Click here for more detailed information about the program .

The Women’s Health Care Fund

The Women’s Health Care Fund provides support to qualifying women who are in need of preventative services and health care but cannot afford them. The Fund supports services such as screening mammograms, biopsies, travel costs to and from medical treatments, high risk maternity care, annual wellness appointments, and daily expenses.

The goals and objectives of the St. John’s Women’s Health Care Fund are to:

  • Offer qualifying women financial support for medical related needs.

  • Increase access to care for women who live or work in Teton County, Wyoming.

  • Connect applicants to available resources.

A committee of St. John’s Health representatives meets to review applications monthly and disburse funds at the end of each month.
